User Agreement

1. General Provisions:

1.1 Ignorance of the rules does not exempt a user from liability.
1.2 The buying and selling of accounts, characters, or in-game assets for real money is prohibited (Penalty: permanent account ban for both the buyer and the seller).
1.3 The buying and selling of accounts, characters, or in-game assets is permitted in exchange for "Tolls" (i.e., where payment is made by gifting items purchased from the In-Game Store), in-game currency (i.e., where payment is made by transferring in-game currency), or other in-game assets (i.e., where payment is made by transferring valuable items).
1.4 All accounts belonging to a single player may be subject to sanctions if a rule violation occurs on any one of them.
1.5 An attempt to violate the project's rules may be treated as an actual violation.

2. The server administration reserves the right to:

2.1 Refuse to provide services to a specific individual without explanation.
2.2 Modify the project's rules without user consent.
2.3 Modify the operation of the server and its services at its own discretion.

3. Server and Forum Rules:

3.1 Profanity, obscene language, insults, threats, extortion, blackmail, and the incitement of ethnic, class, or racial hatred are prohibited (Penalty: 2–48 hours, or a ban on all of the player's accounts across any or all associated platforms—VKontakte group, forum, Discord, game account, etc.).
3.2 Player actions on the server must not violate the laws of any country (Penalty: Account ban).
3.3 Exploiting game client errors is prohibited (Penalty: Account ban).
3.4 Engaging in any actions that disrupt gameplay or cause server instability is prohibited (Penalty: Account ban).
3.5 Impersonating server administration or other project players is prohibited (Penalty: Account ban).
3.6 Demanding or distributing private information regarding players, administration, or server staff is prohibited (Penalty: Account ban).
3.7 Spreading misinformation about players, administration, or server staff is prohibited (Penalty: Account ban).
3.8 Direct or veiled advertising of resources unrelated to this project is prohibited (Penalty: Account ban).
3.9 Flooding and spamming in general chat channels are prohibited (Penalty: 2–48 hours).
3.10 Use of third-party software is prohibited (Penalty: At the discretion of the project administration).
3.11 Please report game errors in the appropriate sections.
3.12 Asking administration or project staff to perform tasks outside the scope of their duties is prohibited. 3.13 Changing the account's registered email address is prohibited. The account owner is considered to be the person who controls the associated email address.
3.14 Disseminating information about server bugs or errors on third-party platforms (YouTube, etc.) is prohibited. Penalty: Blocking of all the player's accounts.
3.15 The use of profanity, veiled profanity, phrases promoting drug use, or other words violating national laws in character names, pet names, or legion names is prohibited. Penalty: Forced renaming of the character or legion; at the Project Administration's discretion, the player may be issued a renaming coupon to change the name to an acceptable one.
3.16 Bug abuse (exploiting game errors) is prohibited. (Penalty: From 2 hours in jail to blocking of the player's account.)
3.16.1 Killing Gatekeepers and Flight Masters in any location within the game world is prohibited on the project.
Exception: During a fortress siege, killing Gatekeepers located within the territory of the besieged fortress is permitted.
Outside of siege times, killing Gatekeepers and Flight Masters is prohibited—including within fortresses—regardless of whether the fortress belongs to the player's race.
Penalty: From 2 hours in jail to blocking of the player's account. 3.17 Distributing correspondence with the project Administration—whether in-game, on Discord, via private messages on social media, or anywhere else online—is prohibited (Penalty: At the Administration's discretion).
3.18 AP (Abyss Points) trading/farming exploits ("AP feeding") are prohibited (Penalty: AP deduction; removal of gear for repeat violations).
3.19 Complaints regarding insults or other violations involving a specific player must be submitted as screenshots to an active project GM; complaints may only be filed by the players against whom the violations were directed.
3.20 Intentionally remaining AFK upon entering group auto-instances (e.g., Dredgion, Arenas) is prohibited (in the case of Dredgion, this applies to absences exceeding 5 minutes). Penalty: Ranging from a temporary 24-hour account suspension to a permanent account ban (at the Administration's discretion).
3.21 Voluntary donations made to the project are non-refundable under any circumstances.


4. When contacting the Administration and project staff:

4.1 Communications must be submitted as a single message.
4.2 Bug reports must include a photo or video documenting the game error. Screenshots must be full-screen; cropped screenshots are not accepted. Videos must be accessible via a direct link.
4.3 Communications must not contain profanity or offensive language.
